Position Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager, SMB will serve as a strategic partner for our Construction Territory team in AMER and will drive key growth initiatives to build pipeline and drive net new Annual Contract Value (ACV). This role requires expertise in managing 1-to-many programs and channels such as webinars, programmatic display, emails, and various Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, with a close partnership with sales.

We are seeking a talented and driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and spearhead our demand generation efforts.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation and Growth Marketing Strategy Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy for the Growing SMB Vertical (Territory) to support our growth goals
Ensure strategies align with company goals, integrating with product priorities, sales initiatives, and marketing objectives
? Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales teams to understand their objectives, challenges, and feedback
Align strategies and campaigns with sales goals to support lead and pipeline generation
Facilitate sales and marketing alignment by obtaining insights, sharing campaign performance, and adjusting tactics based on sales feedback
Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop messaging, positioning, and outreach tactics that engage prospects and accelerate pipeline generation
Campaign Planning and Execution
Plan and implement omni-channel campaigns across email, paid channels, and webinars
Forecast, track, and report on campaign performance
Run experiments in new channels and test campaign variables to optimize performance
Lead Generation and Nurture
Own omni-channel lead generation programs, partnering closely with our Automation and Operations teams
Oversee the lead lifecycle from lead creation through sales handoff, including lead generation, timely sales follow-up, and reporting
Create repeatable, scalable, always-on nurture programs that drive SQLs, meetings, and pipeline
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing with a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue
Experience running broad and tactical ABM programs and partnering closely with Sales
Strong knowledge of webinars, programmatic display programs, and email campaigns
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that align with sales goals
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience managing campaigns in 6sense
