CW Tonneau Covers is a growing automotive accessories company specializing in high-quality tonneau covers. We are focused on expanding our online presence, increasing direct sales, and growing our dealership network through strategic, performance-driven marketing.
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on marketer who can own and scale our digital marketing efforts. This role requires someone who can manage paid ads, social media, content creation, competitor analysis, SEO, and dealership-focused marketing all with the goal of driving measurable business growth.
This is a results-driven role for someone who understands how marketing directly impacts revenue.
Responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads and YouTube Ads
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns focused on sales and lead generation
Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Create and oversee content creation (ad creatives, short-form videos, graphics, copy)
Analyze competitors' marketing strategies and develop plans to outperform them
Identify market gaps, trends, and growth opportunities
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and increase sales
Create and manage marketing initiatives aimed at automotive dealerships to expand our dealer network
Manage and improve SEO (on-page, technical, and content strategy)
Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on data
Continuously test new platforms, creatives, and strategies to drive growth
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing with measurable results
Strong experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and SEO
Experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand
Ability to perform competitor analysis and translate insights into action
Experience with B2B or dealership marketing is a plus
Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
Automotive or e-commerce experience is a plus (not required)
