Head Grower - Retail Greenhouse Wanted - Lead, Grow & Thrive!

We're on the hunt for an experienced (5+ years required) , motivated , and detail-obsessed Head Grower for our Retail Greenhouse to bring their expertise to our thriving garden centre. As the mastermind behind our annual Grower's Plan , you'll be in charge of shaping each season's planting, planning resources, and boosting sales--because what's better than seeing your hard work bloom into success?

What You'll Be Doing:

• Crafting and executing the ultimate Grower's Plan --because every great garden starts with a vision.
• Leading a passionate team to ensure our crops are thriving, workspaces are spotless, and our displays are downright irresistible.
• Keeping plants happy and healthy with pest management, irrigation plans, and expert growing techniques.
• Scheduling, assigning, and overseeing work while keeping the energy high and the team motivated.
• Training staff in growing & staging techniques, customer service, and product knowledge --because teamwork makes the dream work!
• Overseeing our onsite Market Garden.

What You Bring to the Garden:

• 5+ years of hands-on greenhouse growing experience --you've been in the dirt long enough to know what it takes!
• A natural leader who knows how to motivate, educate, and cultivate a top-tier team.
• A knack for organization and record-keeping --from monitoring crop growth to tracking production data and sales.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and grower-friendly software applications.
• Experience managing inventory, troubleshooting plant issues, and making decisions that keep things running smoothly.
