is an incentive travel and event management company that designs and manages corporate travel programs across Canada and internationally. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Group & Ticketing Specialist for airline tickets. We are hiring an experienced

Ticketing Agent

to support our group travel operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and is comfortable working with corporate travellers and large groups.

This is a

contract position

with the potential to move into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

Book air travel for individuals and incentive groups using

Sabre

. Manage group blocks, name lists, deadlines, and airline communications. Complete ticketing, exchanges, refunds, reissues, and fare adjustments. Monitor queues and ensure accuracy of all ticketing transactions. Provide

occasional after-hours support

during travel program dates and emergencies. Deliver professional customer service to clients, suppliers, and internal team members.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency with Sabre

(booking, ticketing, exchanges, queue handling). Solid understanding of fare rules, airline policies, groups, refunds, and reissues. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work independently.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
