Role responsibilities include improvements to end-to-end client journeys and related operational processes, the sales and distribution strategy, new product development and campaign development.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you\xe2\x80\x99ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.How You\xe2\x80\x99ll SucceedClient Journey Leadership- Lead the documentation, review and assessment of all the key Estates, Power of Attorney, Safety Deposit Box and Registered Plan client journeys required to inform our growth and client experience roadmap. (i.e.: \'Estate Planning and Settlement\'). Execute on business vision and strategy to transform the Estate settlement client journey to a centralized and digital client experience.Sales Strategy- Execute on the vision and business strategy to transform Estate planning and Registered Plans into an integral part of our financial advice. Research market activities to ensure timely and comprehensive knowledge of target market segments and gaps are reflected in business plans. Make informed recommendations on investments required to improve CIBC\xe2\x80\x99s market share. Lead the development of a more effective sales and distribution strategy that captures untapped market opportunities, product knowledge requirements and evolving client needs and banking preferences.Product Management: Develop and maintain a superior knowledge of Estates, Power of Attorney, Safety Deposit Boxes and Registered Plans\xe2\x80\x99 clients and markets by understanding the evolving market environment and client needs related to estate planning and tax-effective saving and investing. Monitor, analyze, and review business trends and operating patterns related to the major strategies and ensure the development and implementation of appropriate responses. Create and deliver robust strategic annual financial and business plans for profitable unit sales, market share growth and client engagement. Develop strategies and recommendations to protect/grow the portfolio. Identify emerging issues, conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues and make informed decisions.Campaign Management: Develop, recommend, and launch promotional offers to ensure profitability, revenue and market share growth that meet financial targets. Work closely with Analytics, Modeling, Channel Partners, Marketing, and Campaign Effectiveness teams to design campaigns, enhance client targeting strategies and drive increased profitability, new registered account opens and market share growth.Relationship Management \xe2\x80\x93 Foster relationships and collaborate with key internal partners (all CIBC lines of business and infrastructure groups) to create revenue and profit opportunities that deliver underlying value and strengthen our client relationships. Build and maintain strategic supplier/partner relationships with technology providers, integration partners and wholesale relationships.Measurement and Reporting - Effectively measure, manage and report CIBC\xe2\x80\x99s progress towards the goal of increasing our market share. Lead and execute on the development of goals and KPIs (both leading and lagging and aligned with a growth strategy) against which the line of business can continually and critically assess our strategic progress and evolve plans as necessary.Regulatory and Compliance \xe2\x80\x93 Subject matter expertise of Estates, Power of Attorney, Safety Deposit Boxes and Registered Plan regulatory and compliance processes.
