The opportunity here is enormous, and you will have a massive impact.As Staff/Group Product Manager for Vehicle telematics and connectivity, you will craft compelling connected vehicle and telematics-based product experiences to delight our customers in the fleet safety, fleet management, and equipment monitoring industry.What You\'ll Do:

  • Own the vision and execution of telematics and connected vehicle solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative environment and driving team success.
  • Drive new use cases, from ideation through to launch, incorporating multiple telematics data sources across multiple platforms
  • Inspire and collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams from product, software, firmware, web, mobile, data, design, external partners and go-to-market teams to ship the products that our customers love.
  • Interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights.
  • Drive OEM and third-party partnership initiatives to enhance telematics data integration and utilization.
What We\'re Looking For:
  • 6+ years of product management experience with expertise in launching products from concept to launch.
  • You are execution extraordinaire - you are open to getting your hands dirty and digging deeper into understanding the customer problem and driving towards solving this with speed and rigor.
  • You have high \xe2\x80\x9cEQ\xe2\x80\x9d and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • You are comfortable and confident sharing your thoughts in verbal or written form. You can engage constructively in debate and discussion with different personality types and seniority levels.
  • You are a trailblazer who is humble, kind, and open to learning new stuff. You can take a stand yet commit even when you disagree. You have a strong bias to action.
  • You have a strong passion for data and AI and use your SQL skills to quickly analyze data and drive insights.
  • You are familiar with automotive protocols like CAN, OBD-2, J-1939, and RP1226 and with vehicle and equipment telematics in general.
  • BA/BS in Data, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
