You'll manage vendor contracts, budgets, and compliance while optimizing processes to ensure safe, clean, and efficient workplaces across all locations. Bring your expertise in negotiation, project management, and team leadership to a dynamic environment where your critical thinking and drive will make an impact.What You'll Do: Group Manager, Nationwide Facilities and MaintenanceManage RFQs by ensuring proper rollout, updates, communication, SOW drafting, savings tracking, and compliance with preventative maintenance contracts and cost monitoring nationwide.Oversee asset management, ensuring accurate accounting, proactive replacement planning, budget forecasting, and execution, while exploring cost-effective green alternatives.Liaise and negotiate nationwide contract drafting, tendering, and management of third parties while overseeing capital and expense repair budgets to ensure spending alignment.Ensure nationwide code compliance and Facilities/Maintenance follow-ups, updating of relevant policies on GT Hub and TigerNet, and scheduling of inspections.Efficiently manage maintenance and cleaning staff to meet financial targets, maintain clean workspaces, and minimize downtime by promptly addressing mechanical and electrical breakdowns across all locations.Ensure the proper segregation and processing of all recyclable materials across the network and adhere to all environmental compliances.Coordinate and create, with H&S team, all safety procedures and training for existing and new maintenance equipment that the business interacts with.Ensure proper filing of contracts and databases kept up to date.What You'll Bring:Bachelors degree, college certification or vocational diploma in related discipline or trade.Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in related field of work with equivalent negotiation and project management skillsMinimum 5 years management experience with proven ability to manage and coach team as required.High sense of urgency, critical thinking and ability to triage based on priority.Ability to evaluate contracts and negotiate cost savings.Knowledge of Building Code.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.Assets You May Have:Preferred degree in EngineeringTrade designationBilingual in English and French preferred but not required.Travel RequirementsLimited travel required.Job Requisition: JR125768Giant Tiger is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fair employment practices.Are you interested in this position but dont yet meet all the criteria?
