Summary The Group Manager Logistics I manages the overall financial, operational and employee aspects of multiple accounts. This individual is responsible for the profitable retention and growth of business within his/her span of control (multiple accounts), while ensuring that financial, employee, safety and customer satisfaction goals are met. Essential Functions

  • Goal setting, skills assessment, IDPs, career development, performance evaluation, on-going employee feedback. disciplinary actions. Warning Documentation (performance/disciplinary reviews). Performance Improvement Plans for CLS. Identify situations that needs to be elevated to the director.
  • Developing direct and indirect reports. Relevant HR Skills Training information. Providing on-going employee feedback. Conducting quality and effective selection of qualified personnel. Maintaining corrective staffing levels to avoid unnecessary use of outside labor.
  • Creating location processes and maintaining SCLM. Cross-training of CLS and CLC.
  • Customer satisfaction/problem resolution. Review of KPI tracking and improvement. Ensure that all staff is trained in Transportation/Distribution Management.
  • Improve employee retention. Reduce number of accidents against previous year. Ensure that unnecessary overtime is reviewed and reduced. Collision/Team Safety Reporting follow up with LM. Supervisor First Report of Injury reporting follow up with LM.
  • Recommend location process initiation and/or improvement and assign responsibility to CLC/CLS. Conduct on-going self-audits of location processes and individual accountabilities.
  • SOX invoice reconciliation to FFM designee (if highest level at account). SOX revenue recognition preparation FFM designee (if highest level at account). Invoice to customer.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, logistics, supply chain or an additional two (2) years of relevant work experience required
  • Master\'s degree in related field preferred
  • Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • Five (5) years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports preferred
  • Five (5) years or more managing large multi-level teams required
  • Three (3) years or more demonstrated experience in developing and implementing complete logistics solutions and project management skills required
  • Three (3) years or more prior experience in leading teams in a LEAN work environment preferred
  • Three (3) years or more Profit & Loss responsibility preferred
  • One (1) year or more customer interaction required
  • One (1) year or more managing customer KPIs required
  • Some sales experience preferred
  • Some multi-client experience preferred

  • \xc3\x89tablir les objectifs, \xc3\xa9valuer les comp\xc3\xa9tences, \xc3\xa9laborer le plan de d\xc3\xa9veloppement personnel, administrer les d\xc3\xa9veloppements de carri\xc3\xa8res, g\xc3\xa9rer les \xc3\xa9valuations de rendement, recevoir la r\xc3\xa9troaction continue des employ\xc3\xa9s. G\xc3\xa9rer les mesures disciplinaires. Administrer la documentation des mesures correctives (r\xc3\xa9vision de rendement /disciplinaire). Pr\xc3\xa9parer les plans d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration du rendement pour les CLS. Identifier les situations n\xc3\xa9cessitant d\'\xc3\xaatre rapport\xc3\xa9es au directeur.
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper les subordonn\xc3\xa9s directs et indirects. Fournir des informations pertinentes de formation des ressources humaines. Fournir une retroaction continue aux employ\xc3\xa9s. Mener une s\xc3\xa9lection de personnel efficace et de qualit\xc3\xa9. Maintenir un niveau adequate de personnel pour \xc3\xa9viter une utilisation abusive de ressources externes.
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er des processus pour les emplacements et maintenir les SCLM. Administrer la formation polyvalente des CLS et CLC.
  • Assurer la satisfaction des clients et la r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes. Suivre et am\xc3\xa9liorer les indicateurs cl\xc3\xa9s de performance (KPI). S\'assurer que tout le personnel est form\xc3\xa9 en gestion du transport / distribution.
  • Am\xc3\xa9liorer la retention du personnel. R\xc3\xa9duire le nombre d\'accidents par rapport \xc3\xa0 l\'ann\xc3\xa9e pr\xc3\xa9c\xc3\xa9dente. Veiller \xc3\xa0 revoir et r\xc3\xa9duire les heures suppl\xc3\xa9mentaires inutiles. Suivre les rapports de collisions / s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 avec les LM. R\xc3\xa9viser les premiers rapports de blessures des superviseurs avec les LM.
  • Recommander le d\xc3\xa9veloppement et l\'am\xc3\xa9lioratiion des processus locaux et attribuer la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 au CLC/CLS. Mener des v\xc3\xa9rifications continues sur les processus des emplacements et les responsabilit\xc3\xa9s individuelles.
  • R\xc3\xa9conciliation de la facturation SOX au repr\xc3\xa9sentant FFM (si plus haut niveau du ompte). Pr\xc3\xa9paration de la reconnaissance des revenus SOX au repr\xc3\xa9sentant FFM repr\xc3\xa9sentant (si plus haut niveau du ompte). Facturation au client.
