As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead engaging classes, provide personalized training sessions, and foster a supportive community atmosphere within our facility.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver effective fitness programs tailored to individual client needs and goals. Conduct group classes in various formats, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises, maintaining high standards of safety and technique. Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them stay motivated and on track. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area, ensuring equipment is properly stored and maintained. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications to enhance personal skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or similar role, with a strong understanding of fitness principles. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable. Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to lead diverse groups effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Time management skills to effectively plan classes and manage schedules. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals. Relevant certifications in fitness instruction or personal training are preferred but not mandatory. Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
