Job Description

Bella Pacifica Campground is looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team for the 2026 season. If you enjoy working outdoors, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a physically active role, this is a great opportunity to work in one of Canada's most beautiful locations. This is a full-time, seasonal position running until October 31st 2026.

*Start date for this job is the beginning of February.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain bathroom and laundry facilities Clean campsites after guest check-out General campground maintenance and upkeep Landscaping, gardening, and garbage pickup Report any maintenance issues or hazards Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Able to work independently and in a team setting Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor labour Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated Strong attention to detail (e.g., spotting litter, uneven terrain) Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or groundskeeping experience is a strong asset Experience in landscaping, gardening, or general labour is a bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $17.85 per hour
