Part-Time Groundskeeper - Astro Hill, Iqaluit, NU
Astro Hill is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Groundskeeper to support the upkeep and maintenance of our properties in Iqaluit, Nunavut. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for tenants and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the grounds of Astro Hill properties year-round Assist with snow removal and seasonal land maintenance Ensure entry points are clear and accessible for tenants and visitors Support cleaning of common areas and shared spaces Provide general assistance with maintenance tasks as needed
Position Details:
Location: Astro Hill, Iqaluit, NU Type: Part-Time (~20 hours per week) Compensation: $25.00-$27.50 per hour Housing Subsidy: Available for eligible applicants Preference: Local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
