Edon is anticipating growth in the Red Deer area and is looking for an experienced
Grounds Manager.
This position will oversee all outdoor maintenance and landscaping operations. You will manage a team and ensure the grounds are safe, attractive, and maintained to the highest standards year-round.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage groundskeeping teams, including seasonal staff.
Plan and execute landscaping, snow removal, and grounds maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
Manage budgets, equipment, and vendor relationships for grounds services.
Collaborate with campus stakeholders to support sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in grounds or landscape management.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and contractors.
Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and snow/ice control practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Valid driver's license; certifications in grounds maintenance or horticulture are assets.
