As we gear up for the upcoming season, we seek a reliable and dynamic individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Account Manager; you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, overseeing the quality of grounds maintenance services, and ensuring the efficient delivery of landscaping services. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering top-tier landscaping solutions. You will play a key part in maintaining and expanding our client base while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
+ Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
+ Oversee and optimize Voice as the organization's frontline phone system, ensuring seamless communication.
+ Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction with grounds maintenance services.

Account Oversight:

+ Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that maintenance schedules are adhered to and quality standards are met
+ Collaborate with field crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
+ Renewing proposals. Setting up billing Clients, properties, and billing schedules, doing take-offs for summer and winter services in our Project Management software Aspire.

Team Coordination:

+ Collaborate with field crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
+ Assist with scheduling and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
+ Collaborate with Aspire to align on key business strategies and deliver integrated solutions.

Business Development:

+ Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or expanding existing contracts.
+ Responsible for the preparation and submission of proposals for new business opportunities.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all projects.
+ Promote a safety-first culture within the team and clients.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a similar industry, with at least

2-3 years

in a supervisory or account management role. Strong understanding of grounds maintenance services, landscape design, and seasonal requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the landscaping industry. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in google Workspace and CRM software. A valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Landscape Industry Certified (or similar certification) is a plus.
