Signing Bonus: $2,500 after 6 months

About the Role
We're looking for
reliable, hardworking crew members
to join our landscape construction team. This is a full-time position supporting a Foreman on synthetic grass, paving stone, and landscape installation projects.This job is for people who show up on time, work hard, and want to be part of a strong crew. You'll work outdoors, build cool things, and learn valuable skills every day.
Job Responsibilities
Arrive on time and ready to work daily
Assist in site prep, digging, loading materials, and moving supplies
Lay synthetic grass, install paving stones, and support foundation builds
Operate small tools and equipment (e.g., wheelbarrows, compactors)
Help keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
Support your Foreman and team wherever needed
Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
