As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring that the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays. Manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours while maintaining labor costs. Train and develop staff in retail sales techniques, customer service best practices, and store policies. Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes. Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding product buying and promotions. Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience for customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and inventory calculations. Excellent team management abilities to foster a collaborative work environment. Experience as a clerk or in retail sales is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members alike. Knowledge of store management practices to optimize operations and drive sales performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
