Overview

We are seeking a responsible and results-driven Evening Store Supervisor to assist our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for 2-3 evening shifts per week, where you will oversee staff in all departments, and assist in closing the store while providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Additional day shifts will be required, with the objective of maintaining a high standard of store conditions through product replenishment, display maintenance and facilitation of ongoing store procedures.

Duties

Responsible for the oversight of all department evening staff Facilitate all closing store responsibilities, while maintaining general store productivity Providing exceptional customer service at all times as well as professionalism with all customer interactions Strong communication and delegation skills, ability to communicate with all store and department managers Some daytime shifts and weekends required Ability to be independently productive & assist in daily operations, including inventory management & merchandising

Qualifications

Proven experience in a retail setting or a similar role. Excellent time management abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively. Ability to lead and work in a team environment Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and staff alike.

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
