Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them in finding the products they need. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions efficiently. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product features to effectively upsell items. Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing cash drawers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.

Skills

Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual (such as Korean or Cantonese) is a asset Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$22.05 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
