Central Plains Co-op is hiring a Grocery Manager on a permanent basis out of the Marketplace Food Store in Rosetown, Saskatchewan. • Be responsible for the strategic direction and overall operations of the Rosetown Grocery Department which includes overseeing inventory management, department sales and expenses, completing claims and invoices, ensuring merchandising standards are upheld and food handling standards are upheld.
• Prepares, administers, and achieves budgeted goals for efficient operation of the department and achieve all financial targets and deliver on KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Provide leadership to the department, including goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members.
• Maintains high customer service levels to ensure customer satisfaction and identifies areas for improvement.

• Have 5 years of grocery, Retail, and leadership experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Can perform the physical tasks required of the position.
• Have a valid Class 5 driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
• Have the ability to work a rotating schedule to provide leadership throughout days, evenings, and weekends.
• Have excellent communication skills and are honest and trustworthy.
