What you'll do:




The Grocery Department Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards. To prepare and administer team member scheduling and paperwork in a timely/accurate manner. Administer and achieve budgeted department goals related to pricing, sales, margin, expenses, and inventory. Ensures all applicable company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to and ensure safety and regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and maintained. Provide leadership to the department, including goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members. Directly lead the grocery team in such a manner as to ensure they are safe, effective, and efficient throughout their daily activities. Ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service is provided at all times. Maintains high customer service levels to ensure customer satisfaction and identifies areas for improvement. Other duties as may be assigned.

Who you are:





If you are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and have:


3+ years experience in customer service or food handling industry. 1 + year of leadership experience. Knowledge of commodity sales, gross margin, and inventory management. You are honest and trustworthy and have the proven ability to motivate and lead Team members. You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
