--the one who keeps the flow going between customers and the shop floor.

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming customers with a smile--on the phone and in person Listening to vehicle concerns and translating them into clear work orders Keeping the schedule smooth and the shop workflow organized Acting as the friendly bridge between our techs and customers Preparing estimates, getting approvals, and keeping customers in the loop Ordering parts, receiving deliveries, stocking inventory, and handling returns Tracking jobs and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Making sure invoices are clear, accurate, and easy to understand

What We're Looking For:

Solid automotive knowledge (experience in a shop or parts desk is a big plus) Friendly, clear communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people Organized and efficient--you keep chaos in check Comfortable with basic computer systems (bonus if you've used shop software) Positive, easygoing, and drama-free
