Job description Duties: \xc2\xb7 Harvest plants \xc2\xb7 Planting and Transplanting \xc2\xb7 Plant Maintenance \xc2\xb7 Watering \xc2\xb7 Fill flats \xc2\xb7 Boxing and bagging produce for shipment \xc2\xb7 Cleaning \xc2\xb7 Assisting other employees with various tasks \xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Perform each duty satisfactorily and promptly \xc2\xb7 Must be able to handle multiple projects or tasks \xc2\xb7 Comply with a flexible work schedule \xc2\xb7 Able to work in a warm, humid, non-air-conditioned environment \xc2\xb7 Able to stand on concrete and work in a standing position 95% of the day as well as bending and stooping \xc2\xb7 Able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds \xc2\xb7 Ability to interact effectively, professionally and courteously with staff \xc2\xb7 Ability to relate to persons of all ages, skills and abilities Education: \xc2\xb7 High school education preferred \xc2\xb7 Experience in horticulture is valuable but not required \xc2\xb7 Training provided by employer This is not an administrative/office job.
