---------Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for germination Direct agricultural crops clipping activities Direct greenhouse and nursery operations Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots Greenhouse cleaning Mixing fertilizer Organize greenhouse and nursery operations Oversee deleafing horticultural crops activities Seed cutting Tie and secure plants Weeding Control reported insect, disease and weed problems Determine type and quantity of stock to grow Develop marketing plans Establish and maintain required environment Establish work schedules Hire, train and supervise staff Order materials and stock Supervise staff in planting, transplanting, feeding and spraying
