Greenhouse Associate

to join our team for the holiday season. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, hands-on environment, are creative and love helping customers, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting and assisting customers with plant & holiday gift selections Creating outdoor evergreen arrangements Assisting with workshops & events as required Fresh christmas tree sales Fundraiser preparation Performing daily greenhouse tasks Promoting and selling greenhouse products and services Completing opening and end-of-day cleaning, checklists, and greenhouse closing duties

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a greenhouse, garden centre Some plant knowledge and gardening enthusiasm Great customer service, solid communication skills & a creative mindset Attention to detail and a proactive attitude Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environments Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak season hours
