Graphics and Media Coordinator

Full-Time 4 month term - Regina Campus

January 2 - April 30, 2026



Reporting to the Senior Communications Officer, the Graphics and Media Coordinator will help to support the Communications Office raise the profile of the First Nations University of Canada by contributing to and supporting graphics design, the management of the website and social media accounts, stakeholder communications, and the coordination of university events.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Collaborate with others to achieve brand consistency, coordination of messages, and the highest standards for external communications and to ensure the department's commitments to marketing, branding and communications activities can be met effectively. Assist with managing and coordinating of film and photography shoots Assist with coordination of events Assist in the development and execution of marketing activities Update graphics of all marketing and promotional materials (pamphlets, guides, merchandise, tradeshow, etc.). Assist with social media and website content.

Education Requirements:



Diploma, preferably in Graphics Communications, and 2 years of related experience in marketing and communications.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



Understanding of business and marketing concepts. Excellent time management skills. Familiar with social media and search engines. Strong writing, copy-editing and graphic design abilities. Knowledge of First Nations culture, values, and traditions is essential.
