Graphics Production Worker

to join our production team in Richmond, BC. You'll play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring every job that leaves our shop meets the high standards our clients expect.

About the Role

As a Graphics Production Worker, you'll handle the full range of in-shop production tasks -- from printing, laminating, trimming, and weeding to prepping graphics for installation. You'll be the backbone that keeps jobs moving on time, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

Operate laminators, plotters, and Summa Routers Prep and finish vinyl graphics, including cutting, weeding, masking, and packaging Maintain an organized production area and manage materials inventory Collaborate with installers and Operations Manager to meet tight deadlines Assist with general shop maintenance and upkeep Follow health & safety guidelines to ensure a clean, safe work environment

What You Bring

1-2 years' experience in graphics production, sign making, or large-format printing (asset but not mandatory for the right quick learner) Solid understanding of vinyl, substrates, and production tools Strong attention to detail Physically capable of lifting rolls, and moving materials around the shop A positive, can-do attitude with a team-first mindset Reliable transportation to our Richmond location
