The CompanyOur client in the advertising industry is looking for a Sr. Integrated Producer for a short term contract opportunity. This is a hybrid opportunity in Toronto, the Sr. Integrated Producer will need to be flexible to work on site to oversee studio production, and video/photography shoots.The PositionThe Sr. Integrated Producer will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process for integrated advertising campaigns, ensuring the successful execution of projects across various channels and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production process for integrated advertising campaigns, digital content, print ads, HTML5 banner ads, motion graphics and more.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams, studio teams, and account services teams to develop project briefs, establish timelines, and define project scopes.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepares and maintains project documentation, including project plans, status reports, internal meeting notes, change requests and resource requests
- Oversee the work of production teams, including directors, photographers, editors, and other creative professionals, to ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve production processes and deliver innovative solutions.- 5+ years of experience as an Integrated Producer, ideally in an advertising capacity, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing integrated advertising campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Experience working with creative teams and external vendors, such as art directors, graphic designers, photographers, editors, and etc.
- Knowledge of production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and etc. (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
