Graphics Designer

You are a VERY creative individual with strong knowledge of Adobe Tools. Your designs help customers achieve their business goals. You have vast knowledge of various techniques and design styles. You are able to cater all businesses types, from small private operations to large corporations.

What will YOU be doing:

• Design graphics, web page graphics, illustrations, car graphics, retail signs, POP, advertisements, brochures, and many other forms of visual communications
• Liaise with clients to determine their requirements and budget
• Manage client proposals from typesetting to design, print, and production
• Present design concepts to clients or art directors
• Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
• Contribute to other creative tasks such as photography, videography, and writing
• Consult with the web, copywriting, and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients\' cultures and goals
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Ensure that the projects adhere to the policies and standards of the company
• Help other junior team members to provide the best quality of designs
• Perform all other duties as requested by Management in order to help the team effort;
• Work as part of a team, follow and adhere to MYC Media code of ethics and participate in the continuous improvements efforts;
• Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.
• Implementing new policies and process to streamline operations

• Previous experience in a print/sign shop manufacturing business
• Working knowledge of sign manufacturing and print production
• Valid G Driver\'s license
• Have your own vehicle
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
