Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist
to support our Sales & Marketing efforts by developing high-impact visuals and executing digital campaigns that showcase our homes, communities, and lifestyle offerings. If you're eager to contribute to a well-respected homebuilder and help drive community growth, this could be the role for you. This will be a 6-month contract position with the possibility of an extension to 18-months. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with strong visual design skills to elevate our brand across multiple platforms - from digital campaigns and social media to print materials and web design.
About the Role
In this dual-function position, you'll create marketing assets and lead digital strategies that attract new homebuyers, engage audiences, and strengthen our brand presence. From brochures and signage to social media content and web updates, you'll help bring our communities to life both online and in person.
What You'll Do
Marketing & Design for New Home Communities Design sales materials including brochures, lot maps, signage, floorplan inserts, and community displays Develop and maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints--from print to digital Work with sales, construction, and design teams to highlight home features and builder valueDigital Campaign Management Create, manage, and analyze digital and social media campaigns to promote new releases, model home openings, and community events Maintain website content, update community information, and ensure listings are current and optimized for SEO Collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to execute marketing strategiesLead Generation & Brand Engagement Develop engaging content for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to drive traffic and interest in new homes Use analytics tools to track engagement and ROI, adjusting campaigns as needed Oversee digital ad budgets and implement paid social campaignsCreative Collaboration Participate in campaign planning and launch meetings with sales and construction teams Support events, grand openings, and promotions with branded materials and digital exposure
What You Bring
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Design, or a related field 3-4 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing Experience in homebuilding, real estate, or construction marketing preferred Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Strong grasp of social media, SEO, and digital analytics tools Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills Eye for design, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record
