Who We Are

At Source Nutraceutical Inc. (SNI), we turn ideas into market-ready products in the food, natural health, cosmetic, and household goods industries. We have been serving the industry for over 20 years and our Creative Services team is the visual heartbeat of our company--transforming concepts into packaging, ads, and promotional pieces that make brands stand out.

The Role

We're on the lookout for a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can balance creativity with compliance. If you're the kind of designer who is interested in making a supplement label look stunning and meet international regulatory standards--you might just be our unicorn.

You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team including Business Development, Clinical Research, and Regulatory Services, reporting directly to our Director of Creative. Together, you'll craft everything from eye-catching packaging to promotional campaigns--always with precision, strategy, and a positive attitude.

Why You'll Love Working Here

A close collaborative team that values you as a person. Projects that live on real-world retail shelves and online storefronts. The chance to learn about multiple industries--food, health, beauty, and more. A role that blends artistic balance with the satisfaction of precision and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

Bring ideas to life in print.

From ads and brochures to sell sheets, coupons, posters, and point-of-sale displays--you'll design creative layouts intended to grab attention and inform consumers.

Design packaging with purpose.

With the help of our regulatory team, you will create compliant, eye-catching packaging for food, natural health products, cosmetics, supplements, and household goods.

Make brands shine across platforms.

Develop promotional designs for both print and digital mediums--like ads, flyers, catalogues, business cards, brochures, and online campaigns.

Be a labelling & packaging detective.

Research, interpret, and document Canadian and international technical graphic requirements so every design meets the right regulatory standards.

Stay trend-savvy.

Keep your finger on the pulse of the CPG (consumer packaged goods) world so that you can bring fresh ideas and relevant trends into our work.

Collaborate & review.

Work with your Creative Services teammates to peer-review packaging and promotional layouts, following both internal SOPs and client branding requirements.

Be a creative team player.

You have the initiative to jump in to help coworkers when needed, share ideas, and help support SNI's company growth in new and exciting ways.

Stay organized like a pro.

Support neat, accurate project files--both physical and cloud-based--so that nothing ever gets lost in the shuffle.

Keep our assets in check.

Organize and care for design equipment, templates, and resources so they're always ready for action.

Track your magic.

Keep accurate time logs, update project statuses, and communicate progress to the Director of Creative Services, Business Development Director, or President.

Eliminate design downtime.

Make sure you're always moving projects forward--being proactive and minimizing wasted time while keeping creativity high.

Flex your versatility.

Take on "other duties as assigned" with the same enthusiasm you bring to design work--because at SNI, every project is an opportunity to shine.
