Report to: Design Studio Manager

Time Commitment: 40hrs/week

Job Type: Full Time

Royal LePage Signature Realty, Don Mills Location, services over 700 real estate agents.

The environment is fast paced and challenging. The studio uses a range of templates and also offers custom design services. The candidate will be working independently on projects but amongst a team of other graphic designers.

The studio is located at Shops at Don Mills.

As a leading company in the industry the bar is set high on expectations of support and service.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who:

Has an undergraduate degree/diploma in graphic arts or equivalent experience in design Possesses an A+ portfolio Has 2+ years of graphic design experience Is comfortable dealing with customers and selling ideas

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include - but are not limited to:

Corporate and agent specific print marketing materials from design to print, including feature sheets, branding work, social media campaigns.

Ensure that studio billing - both internally and from 3rd party suppliers provided to accounting is timely, accurate and immediately identifiable for bill-back purposes

Prepare and print presentations/documents

Work with clients, staff and selected vendors

Qualifications and Skills

Technical Skills

Mac/Apple Knowledge

Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills: InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/Acrobat

Intermediate MS Office skills

Knowledge of pre-press/pre-production for print and web

Character Traits

Well organized - to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines

Strong listening skills

Attentive to detail

Works well independently and with the team

Great interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
