Job Description

Our company is rooted in family values, a bold vision and relentless determination to continuously raise the bar and make a positive difference in consumers' lives. Founded in 1972, we've grown organically from a one-person import wine business into an international drinks company. Our hallmarks include a portfolio of iconic beverage brands--White Claw Hard Seltzer, Mike's Hard Lemonade, Ole Cocktail Co. and Mas+ by Messi(TM)--alongside a collection of luxury wineries in the

Okanagan Valley, notably Mission Hill Family Estate, CedarCreek Estate Winery, Martin's Lane Winery, and CheckMate Artisanal Winery.

Are you a visual storyteller with a bold creative voice and a passion for crafting compelling brand experiences? Our Creative Services team is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team, where you'll lead the development and execution of multi-channel creative projects across print and digital platforms. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can collaborate seamlessly with marketing, sales, hospitality, and e-commerce teams.

What You'll Do:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Bridge; Premiere Pro a plus). Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn) and visual marketing best practices. A compelling portfolio that showcases your creative range and storytelling ability. Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal direction. Comfortable collaborating with photographers and creative leads in dynamic settings.

Nice to have:
