We're looking for a

Graphic Designer - Visual Content & Brand Creative

to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint -- from web and email to social media, print, and even truck wraps.

About the Role



This role plays a key creative role in shaping how Nordik is seen and experienced. Reporting to marketing, you'll work closely with the marketing team to design compelling visuals, produce video and B-roll footage, and create marketing materials that tell the Nordik story across digital and physical spaces.

You'll help ensure every visual touchpoint -- from social posts and sales brochures to display ads and fleet wraps -- reinforces Nordik's trusted, high-quality brand identity.

Key Responsibilities



Brand Visual Design:

Create on-brand graphics and layouts for Nordik's digital and print channels, including website banners, landing pages, display ads, social media, email templates, and more.

Video & B-Roll Production:

Capture and edit B-roll footage, testimonial videos, installation showcases, and product close-ups for use across marketing materials.

Print & Environmental Design:

Design print assets such as posters, flyers, brochures, and showroom signage -- as well as larger format creative like truck wraps and event displays.

Creative Collaboration:

Partner with the content, performance, and operations teams to visually bring campaigns and brand stories to life.

Consistency & Brand Stewardship:

Maintain Nordik's visual identity and ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and tone.

Innovation & Storytelling:

Explore new visual formats and trends that help Nordik stand out as a modern, community-driven brand.

Video and visual content enriches the customer experience and builds trust in the Nordik name. Internal teams view you as the go-to creative partner for translating ideas into visuals that drive impact.

Qualifications



3-5 years of professional graphic design or visual content experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, or brand creative. Strong portfolio showcasing design versatility across digital and print. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Canva. Experience with short-form video editing and basic motion graphics. Understanding of print production requirements and preparing files for various formats (brochures, signage, wraps). Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Comfort working hybrid

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
