Key responsibilities

Design creation:

Develop a wide range of visual assets, including social media graphics, website elements, logos, brochures, and event signage.

Video editing:

Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished content, incorporating graphics, music, and sound effects.

Collaboration:

Work with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts, align with project goals, and ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Project management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.

Feedback integration:

Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and edits.

Content optimization:

Ensure final content is optimized for various platforms, such as social media, websites, and print.

Technical proficiency:

Use graphic design and video editing software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Required skills and qualifications

Software proficiency:

Expertise in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Design fundamentals:

Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Video editing fundamentals:

Knowledge of video editing techniques like splicing, color grading, and sound mixing.

Creativity:

Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos.

Attention to detail:

A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to ensure high-quality, error-free work.

Communication:

Strong communication skills to present ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.

Adaptability:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
