Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, currently operating real-money gaming with our brands: BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com, and RushBet.co. We\'re building bridges between online, social and land-based gaming businesses to create amazing, integrated experiences that keep players in the game. We are looking for a passionate, flexible Graphic Designer who can join our growing creative team and be an important part of our success in different areas of the business What You\'ll Do:

• Create content for online casino and sportsbook web portals, including landing pages and interior art needs
• Design marketing materials for offline stakeholders, including in-retail signage and direct mail pieces
• Design advertising materials for online and offline distribution
• Conceptualize major internal campaign initiatives
• Manage style guides for various product lines and maintain/update current logo use guidelines
• Manage outsourcing of additional art production with various agency partners
• Search through stock images collections and catalogue and acquire content for current and future designs
• Generate content for email templates
• Keep working files organized (layers named/grouped) so work can be passed between artists with ease

All About You:

• 2+ years professional experience
• Creative and analytical skills
• Understanding of numbers and data analysis
• Logical reasoning
• Technical knowledge of digital platforms
• Industry experience preferred but not essential
