Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual design principles and have experience in creating engaging graphics for various platforms. You will work closely with the workshop to produce high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including logos, brochures, websites, and social media content. Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications while adapting designs based on feedback. Stay updated on industry trends in graphic design, digital design, and marketing strategies to ensure innovative solutions. Present design concepts effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs. Prepare graphic files for print and production, ensuring accuracy and quality standards. Interpret client requests and develop design concepts, producing visual proofs for presentation and approval. Fabricate and assemble a wide variety of signage, including custom and large-scale projects. Experience with large format printers, plotters, and signage production is highly valued. Apply vinyl graphics with precision and attention to detail. Operate CNC routers and related equipment for signage manufacturing. Oversee material inventory, ensuring stock availability and proper equipment maintenance.

Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW. Diploma in Graphic Design would be an asset. Strong understanding of typography and visual design fundamentals. Previous experience in logo design and digital marketing is preferred. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
