Spiritwear Canada produces custom screen printed and embroidered apparel for businesses, schools, colleges and Universities throughout Canada. We are a leader in our industry and love the work we do. We are currently looking for a talented designer with proven social media and web publishing skills to join our marketing team. If you are passionate about visual design and digital marketing, we want to hear from you.

The Social Media & Email Marketing Designer will lead the development, execution, and optimization of Spiritwear Canada's social media presence and email campaigns to our various market segments. This person will combine creative design and marketing strategy to build brand awareness, engage with our markets, and drive measurable results (leads / sales). They will work closely with other team members (marketing, sales, production) to align content with brand identity and business goals.

Applicants should have the following skills and experience:



Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design and Multimedia 3 years minimum of professional experience maintaining social media and website publishing with available portfolio of that demonstrates Photo, Graphic and Video skills Highly proficient in the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.), HTML editors Experienced with online e-mail marketing though CRM platforms Web design and development capabilities which includes professional experience designing and editing websites in modern web technologies such as, but not limited to: HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, or similar) Knowledge of current online trends focused on Social Media & Digital Marketing Able to create interesting, creative posts from concept to completion Ability to multi-task an manage priorities Extremely detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying mistakes (both written and graphically) Experienced with product photography and video Previous experience working with clothing/fashion and Google Ads a definite asset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:



Writing and designing all social media posts for the company Updating and maintaining the company website content Responsible for creating and sending e-mail related marketing through CRM platform Collaborating with Design Team on image development and branding initiatives Setting up Online Fundraising webstores for our collegiate market through our templated system Assist the front office in any graphics related needs
