The Role:

This is an

on-site position based at our restaurant

in Ottawa. We're looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator who's excited to be part of the energy and experiences that make Biagio's unique. You'll work flexible hours -- including some evenings and weekends -- to capture our brand in action, from comedy nights and catering events to kitchen moments and seasonal launches.

You'll design marketing materials, manage our social media, and create authentic content that reflects what we do and who we are. Experience with Go High Level is a strong asset.

Responsibilities:

Design menus, signage, event flyers, ads, and branded collateral Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Capture and edit photos and short-form video content during live experiences Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and email copy Monitor engagement and grow our online audience Build and manage email, SMS, and automation campaigns using Go High Level Collaborate with kitchen, catering, and event teams to promote experiences

Qualifications:

1-3 years in graphic design and/or social media marketing Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Experience with Go High Level (funnels, email/SMS, automations) Strong photography and basic video editing skills Excellent writing and communication Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends Must be available to work

on-site at the restaurant

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
