You will be responsible for designing creative across all media platforms, from digital and social media to print and video.Are you a creative out-of-the box thinker with demonstrated design talent? • Work within LendCares Brand Guidelines
• Design various types of content for both print and digital media, including but not limited to: Infographics, emails, custom templates/forms, videos/GIFs/animation, ads, presentation decks, social media posts, sales sheets and other forms of client engagement, nurturing and retention.
• Coordinate with outside agencies, creative services, printing vendors, etc.
• Work collaboratively with content writer, digital marketer, sales and other stakeholders
• Provide recommendations on design/style
• Adhere to project deadlines, ensuring all content is accurate and relevant to the brief/needs of the business

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of design experience with relevant post-secondary education
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suites including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
• Experience with Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects and HTML5
• Must have a mastery of typography, layout/composition, design principals and the creative process
• Experience with typesetting in French is preferred
• Skilled in video production/editing, illustration and photo editing is an asset
• Knowledge of UX principles and best practices
• Experience creating/building campaign landing pages is an asset
• Understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing
• Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of time
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Financial services and B2B experience is an asset
• Ability to work fulltime permanent in our office in Pickering, ON
