We are Canada\xe2\x80\x99s leader in custom branded apparel, but we are just scratching the surface of our potential. Job Summary: This is a 1-year contract, covering a maternity leave. This is an in-office position. We are looking for a graphic designer to join our creative team and help us produce engaging and on-brand graphics for our online and offline marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for creating corporate presence through print elements (such as logo design, signage, packaging, direct mail, product images, event/ trade show materials). This team member will also have the digital expertise to create web banners, landing pages, email design elements, media ad, and other digital assets that showcase our products and brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong portfolio of graphic design work, preferably in the branding and ecommerce or retail industry. You should also have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities. You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as web design tools such as HTML, CSS. **NOTE: PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION REQUIRED. RESUMES WITHOUT PORTFOLIO WILL NOT BE REVIEWED. ** Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for our organizational needs ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver the final artwork for offline & online printing or digital publishing, and coordinate with vendors or suppliers as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to understand the objectives and requirements of each project, and provide creative solutions that meet the business goals and customer needs
  • Create product images, landing pages, email newsletters, corporate brand promotional collateral, and other creative assets that showcase our products and brand identity
  • Test graphics across various devices, browsers, and platforms to ensure functionality and compatibility
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or College degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the digital expertise and traditional marketing channels, branding, corporate, photography
  • Develop creative concepts and design layouts for various offline creative needs (corporate packaging, branding, presentations etc.) marketing campaigns, sell sheets, brochures, events graphics for trade shows, etc.
  • A strong portfolio of graphic design work that demonstrates your creativity, skills, and style
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or XD to create and edit visual elements, such as images, logos, typography, animations, etc.
  • Some working knowledge with web design tools HTML, and Figma or XD
  • Ensure that the design elements are consistent, coherent, and aligned with the brand guidelines and standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
