Job Description

Role:



To be a self-motivated, empowered junior graphic designer and marketing coordinator to elevate the marketing and visual profile of Durabond, minimum 3 years experience.

The employee's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the duties listed below. Duties may be reasonably adjusted or expanded in accordance with the job description and operational requirements.

Social Media / Email / Web Search:



Objective: Premier Social Media Activity while portraying an imagine that is in line with Durabond's Brand.

Social Media: Goal - Increase Durabond's social media presence and profile across all social media channels. Platforms: Regular posting on Instagram (every 2n day) & Linkedin (weekly). Email Campaign: Biweekly Emails to design professionals of Durabond's offerings and Technology Online Searches: Goal - Achieve top rankings in Web Engine Searches Youtube: Goal - To create educational videos for contractors

Update and maintain Durabond's website Ensure all brochures and documents are uploaded Ensure all photography and visual pieces are updated Maximize the full power of the website Create brochures and charts where needed Fix and report dead links to web developer

Brochures and Catalogues:



Brochure Creation Brochure Updates System Digitization Creating Renderings and Isometrics

Customer Specific Presentations:



Visual Boards: Creation of Visual Sample Boards for Customers for specific submittals and presentations. Digital Proposals: Creation of digital proposals as required by the Sales Team

Photography & Videos:



Photography and Video creation: Photography of key projects Video creation as required Drone Photography

Brochure & Samples Organization:



Digital: All brochures and digital content to be easily accessed in Durabond's drives. Organized Correctly Up to Date Print: Key Brochures are printed and available to Durabond Staff at locations Samples: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all samples and verify stock levels on a regular basis.

Tadeshows:



Coordinate all tradeshow sign-ups and handle registration for all attendees. Design, produce, and print all digital assets and marketing materials needed for the tradeshow Manage ordering and coordination of all booth materials. Assist with the setup and installation of tradeshow booths. Attending some tradeshows as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
