Position Summary



We are looking for a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with a strong eye for layout, color, and visual storytelling. The Graphic Designer will support a range of projects across digital and print, helping bring our brand to life through high-quality, on-brand visual content.

Key Responsibilities



Design Development:

Create visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing assets, including web banners, social media content, email campaigns, digital advertisements, packaging, and in-store displays.

Brand Consistency:

Apply established brand guidelines to all creative outputs, ensuring visual consistency across platforms and formats.

Project Execution:

Take direction from the Marketing Manager and senior team members to translate creative briefs into effective visual designs that meet business objectives.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Asset Management:

Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand files for internal use and future reference.

Versioning & Adaptation:

Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and sizes as needed for various platforms. Support A/B testing efforts by creating design variations that test different visual elements or copy treatments to optimize performance.

Creative Input:

Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings, helping refine concepts and improve the overall quality of design work.

Trend Awareness:

Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, applying them when appropriate to ensure modern, engaging creative.

Qualifications



6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience). Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar tools). Demonstrated interest in fields of AI and tech-augmented creative production tools; expertise not required, but a high degree of curiosity and some experience with these tools is important. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work across brand, digital, and print. Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and critical observations. Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with tight deadlines. (Bonus) Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
