Who you are

Your role at Colliers will be strategic, conceptual, and executional\xe2\x80\x94leveraging design as a way of articulating possibilities, solutions and vision. We are looking for a highly creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer!

You are well known for constantly delivering accurate, top quality work for your clients. You are able to successfully guide projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization in regards to their design needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients!

What you bring:

• Graphic Design school degree
• 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an agency or corporate environment

• Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro as well as Dreamweaver and CC Libraries in a PC environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
• Impeccable bilingualism in English and French, both verbal & written
• Understanding and experience with corporate branding, layout, colour theory & typography in both print & digital media.
• A definite design aptitude with a desire to learn new technologies and expand your expertise
• Professional services and real estate experience

Bonus skills and experience

• 
  Real Estate and/or Commercial Real Estate experience
• 
  Email marketing and platform experience
• 
  Web Design / UX Skills (example, building websites using Brandcast/TIME or similar)

What success looks like

• 
  You will design/create and implement marketing collateral on an as needed basis as well as provide creative input on projects the team may be tackling
• 
  You will work on new business pitches, brochures, proposals, graphics, infographics, advertising, promotional videos, invitations, post cards, signage, internal communications, etc.
• 
  You have experience with project management and execution of marketing collateral and bring a knowledge of marketing campaigns and innovative solutions to your team and clients
• 
  You are responsible for assisting the brokerage team with signage creation and communicating with print vendors as required
• 
  You bring experience in creating/ formatting proposals, editorial layouts, presentations, correspondence, RFP\xe2\x80\x99s using Adobe InDesign, MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• 
  You are responsible for database management system, including updating internal & external information
