Parch (www.myparch.com) is a rapidly expanding tea elixir company with a mission to inspire connection through embracing cultural traditions. Our commitment to providing our customers with high quality products enables us to make traditional wellness more accessible than ever before. What You Will Do: In this role, you will be a champion for the brand with the goal of building community and increasing brand awareness through touching on all areas of marketing.

• Create and distribute engaging content that aligns with Parch\xe2\x80\x99s brand and mission including photos, videos, and copywriting
• Conduct influencer outreach to build brand awareness
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage with potential customers
• Interact with customers/clients and respond to inquiries/comments on social media platforms and other channels
• Conduct in-store tastings and participation in events which may include set-up, teardown and sales

What We Are Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (e.g., Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications)
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Self-motivated with strong organization and time management skills
• Resourceful and possess the willingness to learn
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about marketing and familiarity with content creation, influencer outreach, and customer service.
• Proficient on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok with knowledge and interest in current and emerging trends
• Knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects is encouraged

What We Offer:

• $17/hr \xe2\x80\x93 30 hr per week excluding holidays
• May 15th to August 25th, 2023
• Hybrid remote work environment where the selected candidate will primarily work remotely from home, with occasional in-person meetings and events.
