We are looking to add a dynamic team member to our Philanthropy team. The Role: The Assistant, Digital and Mass Marketing (Summer Student) position is a great opportunity for individuals seeking to explore the exciting and evolving world of fundraising within the non-profit industry. This role will provide the successful candidate with valuable experience in a wide range of fund development programs with a particular emphasis on digital fundraising, digital marketing, and content management. Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide support to the Manager, Digital Fundraising with coordination and execution of digital fundraising activities, including but not limited to paid digital media campaigns, email marketing, donor CRM data input and management, and more.
  • Support the organization, promotion and implementation of new and existing digital marketing campaigns focused on fundraising for March of Dimes Canada\xe2\x80\x99s programs.
  • Maintain supporter records for digital fundraising activities in donor database, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Coordinate the development of donor and client stories, for use in digital fundraising and other associated mass marketing campaigns.
  • Support the data transfer process for new and existing digital lead generation campaigns.
  • Support the development of client impact stories for digital stewardship of new and existing online donors.
  • Support the regular distribution of Google Analytics reports and tracking information to relevant internal stakeholders in Philanthropy.
  • Support the Mass Marketing team programs as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Enrolled in post-secondary education in related field
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Exceptional communications and written skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and major social media advertising platforms
