We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join our team. You'll be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for both

digital and print media,

including print, landing pages, web banners, social media campaigns, digital ads, posters, and large-format signage.



The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals,

excellent technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite

, and the ability to bring brand visuals to life across both digital and physical environments. You'll also create 3D mockups for new gym openings, building exteriors, and signage to help visualize concepts before production.



Key Responsibilities



Design and produce high-quality creative across a variety of marketing materials, including print and digital platforms, marketing collateral, web graphics, display ads, social media, signage, OOH, and more. Create 3D mockups and visualizations for new gym locations, building signage, and branding concepts Design landing pages (HubSpot experience an asset) and digital ad creatives for paid campaigns Prepare artwork for large-format printing, ensuring correct bleed, colour mode, resolution, and scale Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials Collaborate with internal teams on campaign concepts, timelines, and creative direction Manage multiple design projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines Retouch and enhance images for professional presentation Edit and produce promotional videos -- including adding end cards, text overlays, and brand elements to align with brand style



Qualifications



2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house) Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience creating 3D or architectural mockups (e.g., signage, building branding, interiors) Knowledge of large-format print production (bleed, crop marks, resolution, color modes) Experience designing digital ads and landing pages (HubSpot experience is a plus) Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and communicate clearly Strong skills in video editing, including trimming footage, syncing audio, adding graphics, and exporting in multiple formats Solid experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
