How you will Impact PLATFORM The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to create various marketing collateral including sales proposals and client-facing documentation. This candidate will utilize creativity and graphic design skills to maintain and improve upon the branding culture of our organization. We are looking for professionals seeking opportunities for career advancement, who want to join an exciting, fast paced environment with a strong learning culture and a focus on overall development. \xc2\xb7 Design and format marketing collateral including reports, proposals, and sales presentations, using our brand guidelines \xc2\xb7 Maintain and evolve brand culture and ensure brand consistency throughout internal and external communications. \xc2\xb7 Provide design insight and guidance to delivering professional documentation consistently across the organization \xc2\xb7 Work with team members to strengthen messaging and deliver professional documentation. \xc2\xb7 Ensure accuracy and precision of all materials. \xc2\xb7 Develop and enhance internal library of marketing collateral (templates, layouts, RFP submissions, sales sheets, presentations) \xc2\xb7 Assist and manage creative projects as required (Marketing collateral, swag, business cards) Education, Experience, and Qualifications \xc2\xb7 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and/or marketing and communications \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing & Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline \xc2\xb7 Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign as well as Microsoft Office Suite \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of layout, typography, and design principles \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communications skills \xc2\xb7 Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to positively impact business results #### What we can Offer PLATFORM offers competitive salaries and benefit plans.
