We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Design / Marketing Coordinator

to join our team in Cambridge, ON. This role is an approximate 50/50 split between graphic design and marketing responsibilities. You'll play a key part in producing high-quality visual materials while also supporting a wide range of marketing activities across digital and print channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative design work and hands-on marketing coordination. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with departments across the company to support product launches, events, and promotions. Job Summary

What You'll Do

Create marketing assets and sales collateral across print and digital platforms Design product sheets, catalogues, posters, social media graphics, newsletters, email campaigns, and more Support packaging design and development with the Marketing Manager Update and maintain the company website with accurate product photos and information Coordinate branded swag inventory, packaging for tradeshows/events, and inter-branch distribution Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product promotions

What You'll Bring

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or related field Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) on Mac Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all tasks Strong English communication skills - both written and verbal Proven ability to work independently with self-motivation and a proactive mindset Strong interpersonal skills; you're collaborative, approachable, and thrive in a team environment Willingness to learn technical product information (Canadian electrical industry knowledge is a plus) Solid organizational and time management skills Comfortable lifting and organizing boxes of swag (under 50 lbs) Bonus: Video creation or editing experience
