Objectif du poste



Participer a la gestion et aux operations quotidiennes du restaurant, en travaillant activement a la realisation des objectifs fixes, tout en adoptant une approche active et concrete.



Principales responsabilites



Participer a la constitution d'une equipe passionnee



Deployer des pratiques coherentes a l'egard des employes qui mettent l'accent sur la performance, le developpement et l'engagement.

Recruter, integrer et former les nouveaux membres de l'equipe. Soutenir les membres de l'equipe dans leurs performances et leur developpement Susciter l'enthousiasme et soutenir les efforts d'engagement

Contribuer a la creation d'une communaute de fans enthousiastes



Deployer des pratiques coherentes a l'egard des clients, axees sur la nourriture, le service et l'atmosphere.

S'impliquer dans les responsabilites partagees Preparer et controler les activites de production d'un produit de qualite superieure. Suivre quotidiennement des systemes organises et efficaces Prendre en charge la qualite des produits et l'experience des clients

Contribuer a la croissance de l'entreprise



Deployer des pratiques commerciales coherentes axees sur les ventes, la maitrise des couts et la rentabilite.

Controler l'exactitude des stocks Controler le cout de la main-d'oeuvre Superviser l'entretien des installations Assurer la disponibilite des produits et la rentabilite de l'entreprise
