Ghandi's research examines fundamental aspects and applications of chemistry and physics in health, energy, nanotechnology, and green tech.
Projects
We have openings for PhD students on various projects related to biophysics, biochemistry and engineering.
Requirements:
MSc: BSc/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, Biophysics, or Engineering.
1-3 years of research experience in the field of biochemistry, biophysics, cell biology, medicine, and biomedical engineering.
Effective at communication and team work.
Skilled at executing complex lab protocols and designing experiment.
Industry research experience is a plus.

Design, development and testing of our in-house developed system. The candidate should be familiar with the North American Safety Standards for electronic systems.
Extensive experiments related to molecular biology, microbiology, and biomedical engineering.
Calibrate and modify electronic equipment and instruments.
Conduct the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems.
Test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems.
Collect and compile operational or experimental data for biomedical research.
