If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a safety mindset, we want to hear from you. We are currently hiring a Gradesman for our industrial project site near Fort Saskatchewan. This position will join our Industrial Site Services team. The Gradesman will use survey instruments to establish correct grade for construction projects with the ability to read plans. Mathematically inclined to complete many functions of the job, will work with the team to solve problems and communicate with all operators. Responsibilities ? Achieve correct grade by directing operators to adjust grade, moving earth, gravel and other materials ? Measure distances from reference points to locate boundaries of work area ? Responsible for equipment checks and informing mechanics and supervisors of mechanical problems with the equipment ? Identify and report hazards on site ? Understand issues involving ground disturbance ? Contribute to a safe work environment Skills, Experience & Requirements ? Minimum 2 years experience on an Industrial Construction site ? Safety first mind-set ? Must be a team player ? Strong communication skills ? Ability to take initiative when required ? You have a great attitude, a strong work ethic and you are reliable ? Required to work outside under all weather conditions and handle noise and vibrations

• Must be able to work up to 12 hours a day
• Class 5 Drivers License (no GDL)
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing
• Ability to meet physically abilities of the job
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs
• Safety Certifications required include: CSTS-20, WHMIS-15, Ground Disturbance
